This blog was created as a way for me to consistently acknowledge my new years resolution of being a better person. Instead of pinpointing a specific element to improve in my life, I thought it would be more beneficial and a less daunting to commit to simply “be better” where I can, when I can.

As I thought more about this concept of self-improvement, I realized there are a variety of ways to achieve this goal, and that making yourself better can occur on many levels. This blog will explore self-preservation and try to cultivate positivity and growth through books, exercise, nutrition, religion/spirituality, action and philosophy.
